Proposed Merger of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk and PT Eka Mas Republik to Strengthen Services and Customer Commitment
Jakarta, 27 March 2026 — PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk and PT Eka Mas Republik have announced a proposed business merger targeted to become effective on April 22, 2026. Through this merger, the combined entity will operate under a new name, PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk.

Jakarta, December 18, 2025 – PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (“Moratelindo”, IDX: MORA) and PT Eka Mas Republik (“EMR” or “MyRepublic Indonesia”) announced that they have reached a definitive agreement to merge, whereby Moratelindo will be the surviving entity and will be renamed PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk.
