ZTE and MoraRepublic Sign Strategic MoU to Expand FWA and FTTH Services in Indonesia

Shanghai, China, June 24, 2026 - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk (“MoraRepublic” atau “IDX: MORA”) at MWC Shanghai 2026, to explore cooperation in the development and expansion of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services for residential and enterprise customers across Indonesia. This collaboration responds to the rapid growth in demand for broadband connectivity, which has become one of the key foundations driving Indonesia's digital economy, while reaffirming both companies' commitment to jointly strengthening national digital infrastructure.

Rising 8 Submarine Cable System Commissioned, Strengthening Indonesia's Digital Connectivity

Jakarta, June 17, 2026, PT Ketrosden Triasmitra Tbk (IDX: KETR) and PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk (“MoraRepublic” atau IDX: MORA) successfully completed the deployment of the Rising 8 Submarine Cable Communication System (SKKL) in May 2026. Today, an official ceremony was held to mark the operation of the submarine cable system, attended by telecommunications industry players. The completed section is the first segment connecting Jakarta and Batam, while the Batam-Singapore segment will be the next phase of the project. The system has passed the testing and commissioning phase and is ready to serve Indonesia's digital connectivity needs.
